Provision and turn up circuit orders across dark fiber, optical transport, ELINE/ELAN, DIA, and carrier NNI service types. Implement EVPN-VPWS on Juniper ACX/QFX, design SR-ISIS MPLS transport, and manage IX peering with DECIX, CIX-ATL, and KCIX.

Co-founded Arkansas's first Internet Exchange (ASN 401910), filling a 300-mile regional market gap with no neutral peering fabric. Established partnership with Arkansas's public/neutral datacenter, coordinating initial deployment with BGP route server implementation. Managing member onboarding, peering agreements, and IX governance as Chairman.
